I just sent my email to TL Support EXACTLY as instructed at the beginning of this thread. I know it's Sunday so I'm realistic - I won't hear from an actual TL member till Mon-Wed. I'll keep you guys posted.

How does it appear in-game for Android user if we don't have storage/inventory? Will it just appear on my island or under decor?
I completed the goal and emailed Support today.
Is the time limit on this just for the arch or for the dragon also?
As per DWs post, it sounds like they will go into your game and place it on your island.
