Because the coding for Infinity is all weird and bugged and Team Lava are messing breeding up by adding a bunch of new features. Infinity is now much easier to get, but it can't breed anything, anymore. For a day or two, breeding Passion with Diamond was a guaranteed Infinity dragon. Team Lava are saying it was never intended to be a parent, but we all know it's because they screwed something up with the coding of the game with all these new features that they are adding and don't want to admit it.
I agree. I dont buy the baloney of it never being intended as a parent. It took MONTHS to fix the issue? I dont think so.
Coral, water, mercury, magic, night then another 12 hours.....will wait now. Sigh
