No. You have to visit each neighbour. I find this tedious too! Especially when you have over 100 neighbours. Takes hours!!

I have received gifts to build my ice cream maker from my neighbors. WhenI click on "use gift" I get a "this is a constructible part, can't be served". Haven't figured a way around this. What am I missing??

Was there an answer to this? I too have parts shown in my gift box but cannot seem to apply them to my appliances under construction. I get the same message.

The appliance/decor has to be out on the floor to be able to use the parts. You tap "tap to manage" and parts will come up showing it's completed and will show parts you still need.

You cannot build any appliance through the Gift Screen. You must go to Design Mode and then click the Appliances Tab. Choose which appliance you want to build ... (see this page for Appliance Parts List) then simply place the appliance into your shop. What you get is a box of Parts until you click on it. In the Manage Appliance screen you can finish building the item.
