Close out the bakery story app then download restaurant story and then sign into restaurant story with your storm8id. Your bakery should automatically transfer to your new device.

You will need to transfer your storm ID and games to your new device.You can email support@teamlava.com and they can transfer your games.
If you no longer have your old device, I would advise using the storm 8 transfer so your storm ID and games are removed from your old device.

If you have already set up a new storm ID on your new device, you will not be able to transfer yourself.

I've ran into kind of the same thing. Only I still have the same device. I was in surgery and left my device on. While I was away from the device it did a firmware update and I lost all my games. When I got installed back on it won't let me log in to transfer. And to NOT get any help with it is driving me insane. I'm on a temp storm8 I'd.
Well there is a user called [] and she is being so mean to others so how do I report her? Her ID is []so please HELP me!
