I have locked items that say goal on them. How do I get the goal to try to unlock the items? Like the music items or the puebla items? I'm at level 75 and at first figured it was a level thing, but I have neighbors that aren't nearly that far and have the items. Did I miss my chance? If so why do they show up at all? Thanks

These were goal prizes for goals that have now expired. They are left in the games so players that did complete the goals will still have access to them.
