Expansion and money gone after resync
Sometime before noon on 6/12/11 I purchased the 15x15 upgrade for 150,000 gold. I started to plow the new land when i got a notice that my farm needed to be resynced with the server. I restarted the application to find that my farm had been reverted to 14x14, yet I was still out my 150,000 gold. Thanks for your time.

I did and they said "We have recently changed the way we accept bug reports and we now ask that you please visit our forums to report new bugs and glitches or to learn more about existing issues".

Not sure what to say. I've had the out of sync, revert to pre-expansion happen, but my coins were returned. You might send GroupMagma or ToastyRock a PM about it and see if they can help.

Sorry, we're not able to correct re-sync issues, though it may correct itself if you restart your device.

What if I had the same problem with an item I purchased with gems, purchased with real money? Would there still be nothing that could be done and a resync issue would cost me actual money?

The phone has been restarted several times since then.
