Level 111!! Help!!

I can't seem to get up to the final tier with enough bubbles. What am I doing wrong?? Help!! I'm not buying gems. Thx!

I had been stuck on this level for to long also. I finally made it through but was more luck with color of bubbles than anything else. In middle section I aimed for middle bit to make the gap bigger so I could then hit the bubble to clear the line. Then at top bit use star bubbles to either save babies or clear bubble blowers so you can get to babies. Goo luck I am feeling your pain .

I am also finding this one ridiculously hard. Is there a way to get rid of the line of locks without using up 6 bubbles on each one?

Would be a good recommendation if there was any hint....the"help me thread" is very confusing and doesn't help....
