Farm Story says it can't find internet

I installed farm story on my kindle fire 2nd gen. Tablet and set up a temporary ID so I could transfer from my old device. Team lava said my old Id was transferred but now farm story can't find internet and won't load. All other team lava games worked fine after the transfer. Farm Story worked before the transfer but not after. This happened to my wife also. Please help it has been 7+ days with no farm story. And yes I have emailed support with no answer yet other than we are working on it.

Please force close the game, check your internet connection, and reopen the app.

Thank I have tried this many times over the past week and nothing seemed to work then this afternoon I to the app store typed in farm story and when the app came up I clicked refresh all in the drop down menu then opened the app and it worked this time. I had tried this before with no success til this time. Thanks
