Game won't open

Ipad1 with iOS 3.2.
I'll try to update the os tomorrow and see if it works.

Note: when updating to 5.0 or higher, make sure you back up everything in itunes.

If you are on IOS device try doing a hard reset. Hold down on and off button and home button at the same time until you see the apple sign.

I tried that, it still won't load. I also deleted and reinstalled the app but it still doesn't work!

So you have the game now on your device, but it will not open?
If so make sure the version on your device is up todate. If IPad, Iphone, Itouch - version 5.1.1. Sync up with itunes to check.
If you do all of this and still cannot open the game, send an email to support@teamlava.com to have them look into your game.
