    Default tiles and wallpapers cost gems but you get them for free when you begin playing. (yellow walls and orange tiles)

    When I first started a looooong time ago it was coins, but for about a year it has been gems.
    They did that with the orange tables too, they were coins for a week and then they added the orange chairs and they were bolth were 2 gems.
