Missing gems
I have purchased gems and never received them 3 times this passed month. The money was taken from me. No product. Why? And how can I get the gems?

Please reach out to Support and they will be able to assist you. It might take around a week. When you log your ticket with them, attach a screen shot of your receipt/s from the app/play store to support your claim. Double check your in game settings to make sure it allows you to make a purchase as well.
Please don't post your communication with Support here on the forum, including your ticket number as that is not allowed for security reasons.
