Gresalda's Dark Garden Quest

I am trying to upgrade the garden to level 2, but I do not have Mythic Essence in my potion shop. Somewhere along the way I picked up 4 ME and now I need one more. I have no idea where I got them. Do I need to complete something to get ME in my potion shop? Thx

If you've completed all the prerequisites and still can't craft it, you may need to report it to storm 8.

Thanks, I do have the Adamant Quest line open waiting for another gold nugget. Sigh!
