    Level 659

    Can't beat this one for the life of me. Have only even remotely come close one time (and I was still 3 bubbles off).

    Anyone else struggling?

    Bleh, finally beat it, but I had to use the rainbow bubble boost.

    Is there a strategy I'm not understanding?

    It is possible to win this level without using any external boosts, but based on my experience you need a lot of luck with the bubble colors, especially at the end. I am including one very innocuous tip here, in hidden text. It's just a slight hint that doesn't give much away.
    Tip: count the numbers of toxic bubbles and plus bubbles in each section.
