Joeys crib 18 stars?

I've been trying for quite some time to get even 3 stars on 1 level of joeys crib and can't even achieve that...any advice?!?!

In order to get three stars on every level, you'll need to beat your existing scores. These levels have lots of opportunities to try and drop lots of bubbles, so try to get big Drop Bonuses by using bounce shots to drop big bunches of bubbles. You might also want to pay attention to any power ups in the levels that may help you quickly clear Babies without having to get to them - remember, Star Bubbles will clear all bubbles of the same color as the one you hit it with in the active section of the level. Try also using as little bubbles as possible to ensure a high score.

While it may show a picture of a sweetly sleeping baby Kangaroo on this island, these levels are anything but easy. Good luck with getting your Stars!
