    I am really stuck on this one. Can't figure how to get the electric plugs

    In general, in any level, to prevent key elements from dropping out of the game, you need to use the bubbles you throw to keep them in place.

    I wish I knew how to do that. Since each one is surrounded by one color bubble whenever I hit the plug drops also

    They are not entirely surrounded by bubbles of one color. There is also one black bubble. See if you can find a way to throw a bubble that will land next to this black bubble and provide support for the switch after the other bubbles surrounding it are cleared.
