Goal level 543 does not work

I am stuck with the goal in level 543. It says pop all plus bubble. But i did a couple of time pop all plus bubble in
this game. But i dont get the 2 keys. I bougt a itunes card to beat the level with money. I bougt a blower blocker to get the game easier and then i also hit all the plus bubbles, but i dont get the keys by completing the level. Storm 8 or someone else please help me.
