IOS IPAD users latest iPad update blocks the breeding calculator etc

At the weekend I updated the iPads operating system to newest version and have problems , cannot access the breeding calculator or battle areana have checked other forum sites who report the same problem and it seems it's only an iPad update problem not a TL problem or android problem ......
The iPad update is blocking access .......
Stick to your stable previous version and don't update till I can get an answer from my computer expert hopefully tomorrow

Is anyone else having problems having updated their iPad ?
