    I can't figure out how to beat this level

    There is only one way to pop the two babies at the top. What is it?

    But doing that may instead pop other bubbles, and not the babies. So how can you make sure that it is the babies which are popped and not other bubbles? What do you need to do first?

    Figuring that out is the key to this level.
