    Unhappy can't purchase gems

    The game says I am ineligible to buy gems. What can be done? I have bought many before.

    It looks like you are playing on an older version that is no longer in Google Play. In order to purchase Gems, you need to be playing from a version that's currently available. Sorry for the confusion!
