lost inventory

I. Just put Over 500 trees into inventory and they are not showing up. Owwwwww Now what?

Make sure you scroll all the through your inventory .
Try restarting your device , then check again.
If they are still missing, send an email to support@teamlava.com

I have items in inventory, but when I place on farm they become invisible. They take up room, I cannot place anything else in that place, but you can't see the items!

If on android:
On your device go to
Settings -Application manager -Farm Story and hit the Clear data button to see if this helps .

If on IOS:
Go to settings- Safari-clear data and cookies.
