gems taken, no item

I purchased a 65 gem animal and placed it. Then when i tried to move it, it didn't show as being an object- i couldn't move, store, etc. the game took my gems though!

It's not in inventory. I've restarted, reinstalled, etc, AND emailed customer support with no response- i want my gems back, that isn't right!

Anything else i can do? This seriously ruins the game for me if it isn't made right.

I am sorry this has happened. I am not sure I understand. Which animal did you purchase? What do you mean by not being an object? Is it there but invisible?
Have you tried rotating the item?
