Trying to transfer Farm Story to new iPhone

I tried and exhausted all of the methods described in the forums- and I cannot find the page where I can transfer using the UDIDs from my devices as described in the app. I e-mailed support over 4 days ago and have yet to receive a reply.

Does anyone know what their average response time is, or where the UDID transfer page is?

The UDID method is not working.

Try transfering by using Restaurant story.

I've tried the Restaurant Story method already to no avail- I've also emailed support at both the Storm8 and teamlava addresses- no response as of yet.

i went to the trouble to go to the apple store retrieved all my UDID numbers and your right the instructions are not there. very frustrated at this huge money making company that they can not seem to have a very prof site , I would like to know how to transfer to my new device also.
