No I don't have a new device it is still the same. My farm is lost after update to version 2.0.2 and support is saying a transfer needs to be done and I should create a new temporary Storm8 ID, but I don't know how I can create this new ID.
Support is writing this:

When ID 1) and ID2) is the same ID transfer will work?

There is an ID on the device. How should I create a new temporary device when there is one? This is my problem.

Send them the ID that is currently on the device. They can transfer to the device using that ID.
