    New temporary Storm8 ID

    How can I create a new temporary Storm8 ID? Support is asking me again and again to do this but I don't know how. There is a Storm8 ID on my device, how can I create a new one?

    No I don't have a new device it is still the same. My farm is lost after update to version 2.0.2 and support is saying a transfer needs to be done and I should create a new temporary Storm8 ID, but I don't know how I can create this new ID.

    You will need to create a new ID for a transfer. Create your Storm8 ID by visiting Menu -> Social -> Invite Friends. If you haven't made one yet, it will prompt you to create one there.

    There is an ID on the device. How should I create a new temporary device when there is one? This is my problem.

    Hi Gnuss,

    Send them the ID that is currently on the device. They can transfer to the device using that ID.
