Magic Dragon

I have the following dragons, but am struggling with getting any purple dragons? Is it possible to breed them or can you only buy with gold?

So far I have :-

Fire
Life
Firestorm
Eagle
Honeybee
Air
Fruitful
Forest
Fairy
Water
Mist
Island

And last 2 breeds have given me :-

Scorpion and Parakeet (very happy with those !)

Can anyone help?

I wish I wrote ti down but I just tried all combos I could. I think I mixed a red with a blue can't remember but it made a magic dragon

Thanks for your reply, I haven't bought a purple habitat yet, waiting to see if I breed a purple, been very lucky on my last 2 attempts getting Scorpion and Parakeet, Parakeet from Fruitful and Fruitful.

Hoping to try a few more, will perhaps buy a habitat in the hope a breed works lol

wow you are extremely lucky.
magic = red + blue.
you can also get an athletic (rare) from red + blue.

Is it byuing a magic dragon the only way to get it? 250gold is a lot if you don't whant to pay with real money.

You can breed it, you just have to figure out which two basic dragons you need from the riddle in the quest:
The magic is purple and it loves hot water...

Just breed red whit blue, it's the most likly dragon you will get out of that combo
