Breed Times/Speeding up gold price increased?

So it looks like another beta test of some kind. One that gives some islands an advantage, and others a big disadvantage. Sigh.

Don't they realize that the long waiting times (for instance: all the two day dragons!) make the game more frustrating? I get bored with it and start to lose interest, not gain any. Not being able to speed up when I get impatient is going to make that even worse.

I am guessing with most of you that it looks like some players were not effected, some have the cut breeding time and higher speed up costs, and some do not have the cut time but have the higher speed up costs.

I realize this is very upsetting, but please leave constructive feedback and refrain from using inappropriate language and flaming comments so this thread can stay open .

I noticed this about an hour ago on my iOS. (I have the game installed on my iPod and my Android phone)

I had a Magic + Water breed that I was checking the timer on (08:17 left) and noticed it wanted 16 gold to finish the breed. I made a note of the time left and the gold required, then jumped around to other things to check their timers and gold requirements. They were all still a 1:1 ratio.

I went back to my breeding den just as it fell under 08:15, and it still wanted 16 gold. I went back again after it hit 07:59. Still 16. I decided to hit finish now cause it was irritating me. It was a night egg. That's not even 1:1...

I hit the Finish Now on the nest, it wanted 23 gold and the timer was 23 hours. I popped around my other timers, still normal.

I exited the game and came back.

My Night Egg is now 12 hours and is asking 22 gold to complete.

I am officially confused.

I just checked mine and it's still 1 gold per hour of breed time. I seriously hope it gets put back for every1 that is now paying double
