I didn't finish this goal..?

I woke up this morning and went into my bakery and I kept having old goals pop-up, like always. However the first goal to pop-up this morning is one that I haven't even finished. It was the goal to reach level 18 in restaurant story carnival. The goal popped up and I hit OK. Then another pop-up came saying I completed the goal.. It had a green check mark next to it. I'm not sure why this happened because I'm only on level 16 in restaurant story carnival. I have no idea if I was credited for this goal because I can't remember how many gem I had before hand. What is going on here?

I looked again and I noticed that I have indeed reached level 18.. I was looking at the wrong number. I was looking at the number of gems I have. I tried to delete this thread but it won't let me.
