When you visit them click on an animal. If you can tour it it will tell you to tap again. When they collect from these animals they get extra xp and money.

If they visit you they can get a bonus. They can also tour your animals so you can get a bonus.

You get a bonus of money or xp when you visit a neighbour for the first time each game day.
