Are you Android or IOS? If Android, you can't right now, as certain dragons and item have not been made available to us as yet.
An if you are iOS you can't get them if you're not at level 20
i got virtue egg when i was lvl 19, and i grinded from 19 to 20 to buy pink habitat
I was only going by what Jake posted on the first page of this thread - The base dragon for this color is the Virtue Dragon, which can be bred by combining red and white parents. The minimum level for the Virtue Dragon is 20, so you won't be hatching this dragon until you've reached that level.
No word on when this will be out.

Just got a virtue in the nest a few hours back, second try so very good besides first was laserlight
