why do I get force close when I try to visit some of my neighbors? It's every single time I try. I haven't been able to visit missy's forest for over a month. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and nothing helps. It's not that she's a level 94 either because I can visit other level 94 neighbors...

I had same and worse probs when I was playing on android. It seems ur devise cant load the "big islands". Is sth with the games requirements to run properly.
I'm on kindle but I can get to other islands that are more decorated than missy's so it makes no sense at all.
You have problem with only that island? Well that's odd indeed :/
There was a bug that TL fixed for the Android client with IOS users on a specific Quest. I don't think they have a fix for that on Kindle yet.
Ive heard that its possible to keep your island when you get a new phone and I have my username and password, so how do i log into my island on a new device
