The little journal icon is gone and it says I have nothing in my collections. WHAT IS GOING ON? please help me.

Same here! I restarted my phone and installed and reinstalled pet shop story, but that did not fix it.

The same with me. Hopefully they fix it soon. What levels are all of you on? I am on level 25. When I logged in this morning, I was not happy to see everything gone that I had worked so hard to get.
