Pet shop gifts stuck in storage I need to use but can't!

I have been gifted items that have gone into my storage but I can't move and use in my construction can anyone help? I have tried to move them from main menu and can't move gifts I can only move my items that I purchased

Parts that get from neighbors cannot be placed from the inventory. When you buy place a constructible item you can tap it and request more parts, or see how many more items you need.
