Everything I owned all gone 187 gems all gone I'm not a happy baker Please help

why is one of my goal which was completed, reset? while another goal which had the same requirement 'expend hotel' was registered???

My bakery went down as well. When I was finally able to get into it, I had my bakery plus a BUNCH of items I did not buy all over my bakery. My poor customers can't even get to my tables. My bakery name and neighbors are fine. Just all my money is gone and items all over. My gems appear to be untouched.

It's like just opened up the decorations tab and clicked on everything coin wise. 683,000 spent by someone else.

to team lava, please let us know if we are expecting any solution to the problem so we won't waste time reinstalling & restarting our device. thanks!

Wow I hope they give those who lost gems and coins back their stuff...I can't believe that people would do that knowing it wasn't their bakery or boutique ..... I'm thinking maybe lower level players since high level players opened up the lower ones.... Common sense if it's not you game why change it

my device reinstall apps need to delete the games first , is it right ? Im afriad when I delete the game then reinstall Still level 1 .......

Follow by your uncpstruction , I reinstalled , restarted my device , but still level 1 ...... I'm so upsat & so desperate now , could Teamlava pls find out what's happening on my account & fix it & let e know .

If deleting the game and reinstalling, does not fix your game, you will need to send an email to support@teamlava.com to have them look into your account.

I have restarted my device, but my restaurant keeps changing. My windows and mahogany table and chair set are still missing. And now when I log in the wall colors are different, and the floor has changed.
