Account Issues With All TeamLava Games

Hey guys,

You may have experienced account issues with any to all of your TeamLava games earlier today, anywhere from 5:30pm - 8:30pm PDT. If you were able to get into the game, the screen may have displayed an account that did not look like yours. This issue should have been fixed around 8:30pm, so you should be seeing your account again.

Please restart your device and check if you are able to access your games. If you are still experiencing any issues, please post more details in this thread, but also send an email to support (support@teamlava.com) so we can continue investigating your accounts for any issues.

I had this problem as well. Whoever was seeing my bakery spent over $200,000 and over 30 gems. They changed my setup around slightly as well. I would like my money and gems back. Please let me know what I need to do to solve this issue. Thank you.

I am missing the 4 water tables and 4 water chairs I had bout for the 'Phelps Helps' quest chain and I really don't want to or feel I should have to purchase them again. Thank you

Somebody closed my shop and bought clothes for my avatar and what not during the mess last night. I lost around 49 gems! This really sucks! I have written to Team Lava support, and hope they will give me my gems back.
Have anyone the same problem about loosing gems?

I have restarted my device, but my restaurant keeps changing. My windows and mahogany table and chair set are still missing. And now when I log in the wall colors are different, and the floor has changed.

My 'social spot' in Pet Hotel isn't working right. My entire neighbour list is gone and I am not receiving any neighbour invites although I've been told that they've been sent. When I invite new neighbours, they do not appear in the 'pending' list.

I've tried to reinstall the game and restart my device, but there is no change.

Running on iOS.
