Updates now roll out the way they used to, slowly. You should have it by Tuesday.

I'm really frustrated that I do not have the update still. I understand they switched to a graduated roll out, but it seems all my friends have them but not I. Will this continue to be the case for future updates and conceivably when more goals are released? While Bakery Story isn't a competition, it still does not seem fair that some will have more time to work on things like goals when others will have to wait nearly a week. What is the purpose of the graduated roll-outs? I'm sure TL is getting hounded with support issues of people saying they didn't receive the update. It seems like a big hassle.

We have 3 people in the same house that play Bakery Story. Two of them get gem sales all the time and they got the update, while I have not. I have been waiting and waiting for a gem sale and have not gotten one. So how does the slow roll out work? Names? Date started playing? anyone know?

I ALSO HAVE 3 OTHERS AT MY HOUSE THAT GOT UPDATE ON FIRST DAY. ME, NOTHING.ZERO. FIRST TL TOLD ME BY EMAIL IT WOULS ROLL OUT SLOWLY & I SHOULD HAVE IT BY MONDAY. NOW ITS TUESDAY. First of all calm down and be patient you will probably get today if not tommorow one more day a
They are random to players it doesn't matter in what device you play or what level or when you started playing they just come out randomly just like gem sales and limited time offers

If support told you by Monday, it may be by the end of today or possibly tomorrow. also you may not get a pop up telling you have new items, you will need to check in the game.
