i have to agree with everyone on this thread. OMG they suck. if the change is part of the game, fine.....but at the very least, they should credit us with as many gems as possible.

It's the brainwashing of our society....socialism. All things are equal. Redistribution of plate wealth. Occupy Team Lava!!!

...for real though, when I go into a real bakery there is different prices. This is a unneeded and silly change.

I agree as well, its not bad enough that as an android user I miss out on all the goals and prizes. I was content to be wait for them to fix the issue ( and I know there is a fix. When I first stated playing I had access to eveything goals included.)
Im not happy that they are spending their efforts changing things that were not broken, instid of fixing the things that are.
If they refuse to change things quickly, I will choose to no longer play bs. There are other games to spend my time and money on.

Can someone from TL please advise those of us that made food that was/is still on our counters at the higher "buy" cost that is now selling at the lower cost what they plan to do to compensate us for these changes that were made? I literally spent days making Red Velvet Cookies and Chocolate Trifle at the higher cost and am now receiving much less coin for them on the return end. TL is taking over $250,000+ coins from me with this change, once they all sell, do they plan to give that back somehow or am I just out of luck now?

BTW, I'm sure I had other items on my counters that will receive a similar fate to the ones I mentioned above, but those 2 stick out as I just spent the last week mastering them. LOL

If you had Chocolate Cherry Triffle or any other 4 coin recipe on your counter when the rates changed, there is no change in what you will earn.

You will not gain as much money on all the food on your counters worth 5 coins and above. You'll make more than you would have on food less than 4 coins.

Its more than likely, that for food cooking at the time of the change, you paid more coins for more servings but when you served them you served less. Therefore. you'll make less profit.

This is so awful I've stopped playing since the reduction of coins per plate. Please take it back to the way it was. All of the inventory is still very high and if each dessert will only give you a minimum amount of coins there's no way we'll be able to buy inventory for such high prices since we're making basically nothing from the desserts. Nor will people want to spend their money on gems, seeing as that is the only way we'll be able to obtain items from inventory, and it would take a lot of money to decorate our bakeries with only gem items, so people will begin to quit the game altogether. The main reason this game is so addictive is because we are all working towards a goal to get to the next level so we can obtain new dishes that reward us with more coins, now the coins we receive in each dessert are about the same and all very low, and there is nothing to work towards because you'd have to play all day and all night to earn the amount of coins that we used to make for desserts. Please bring the old coin amounts back, this reduction has ruined the game for myself and I'm sure for many others.

In my big bakery I was stocking up for my upcoming trip. I have 1.7 million red velvet cakes baked at the higher price. My plan was to earn extra coins while I was gone (to make up for the 500,000 that went poof with the change to holiday bakery). I wrote to TL about all of this. This price and amount change has cost me large amounts of coins on my idevices and now my android cant keep the counters full because it's newer.

I made a LOT less money on apple and android. I didn't cook low priced items, not worth my time. I like to decorate. That means I have to earn coins. So now what? The game no longer has any strategy in how you play.

There is a change in what I'll earn. Based off of what it cost me to make those items compared to what they will sell at now, it's a loss of $250,000+ coins that I'll not be receiving that I should have prior to this change. We were deducted the higher cost when we made them and they are now selling at the lower cost, hence we are losing money that we should have received and now won't.

What I want to know, and someone asked yesterday and was told it was being checked into, is if we will see these differences back or if they are lost to us. I just want an answer as to if they are planning to give us those differences.

Most likely the answer will be NO, but I still want TL to give us a definitive answer to this since they just decided to make this whopping change for no real good reason.
