Actually, it just depends on which expansion you're doing.
Worth noting that it's harder to mistap the "Speed Up" on a tablet.

I know your point. The second pic was taken on my itouch, but same part of expansion(the 4th expansion) as on my ipad.
Indeed, I started this expansion on my itouch much earlier than that on my ipad. It takes 8hours to finished o my ipad but 2days on my itouch.
