Levels for breeding animals?

What are the levels at which you can free up more beds in the nursery for the baby animals?

I'm lvl 11 and still only one bed

oh thats bad...i accidentally breeded a goldfish and now that slot is stuck for 3 days...cannot cancel

Yes, I have the same question. I also made the goldfish mistake! I wish it would tell us before we bred how long it takes?

Two beds would be nice :\
