    It was a pop up, but you should try contacting support@teamlava.com or restarting you device if you haven't received 50 gems

    I received a ticket number # confirming that they received my email........
    But my problem is--- it is a "Transfer Information Request"! I am not asking my account to be transferred! Tho i did my own transfer from iphone4 to ipod 4...... I gave all the necessary details... And my letter subject is headed " Lost floors and wall decors"! .... Why do they ask for transfer when i am not asking for it!?
