Back in 2011 TL updated the FAQ to say there are badges and added a blank tab in preparation for badges. They led us to believe badges would be released to all but then released to iOS only. When they released to Android not all games got badges. Apparently city story was one of the games that did not get them.

Be aware that TL removed this game from iOS a couple of months ago and are not providing updates like they say they are weekly in Google Play. Many of the games available to android do not get weekly updates like advertised in google play.
