I'm sure it will just be another "free with purchase"... one more thing I won't get since I won't buy gems until they FIX gem spending. It's a shame, I know lots of people who feel the same... they could be selling LOTS more gems than they already are... but they would rather just leave things the way they are... shame.

This will be a "puchase gift item", im 90% sure.
If not, then it'll cost 40 Gems anyway, so you'll get screwed in both ways.
