To change your storm ID, you will need to email support@teamlava.com
Give them your current storm ID, the reason you want to change it and at least three other Storm Ids you would like it changed to.

I am changing my iPhone and I have an existing game in the old iPhone, when I sync, the game is not synced to the new phone. Does this mean my old game cannot be continued in a new iPhone?

You can email support@teamlava.com and they can transfer your games. Give them you storm ID, the level of one of the games that you play.
Make sure you download all the games you are playing to you new device, but do not set up a new storm ID.
If you are on a Iphone, Ipad, Touch, or Ipad and you know the UDID numbers for both devices , give support that information.


You can also try and transfer yourself. If you are going from Idevice to Idevice and you know the UDID numbers for both:

If you do not have UDID number for your old device or if you are transfering from or to an android device you can transfer by Storm 8

Hi, ive been playin for a few weeks now, cool game.. but i cant name my bakery.. i did what it said to do but still nothing... Help plz..

What is happening when you are naming your bakery?? It is not taking the name? What name are you trying to use?
I do know that you can use pictures in your name, but you can not have a picture at the beginning of the name.

Other than gaining gems at recipe mastery levels 2 & 4, are there other reasons for leveling up recipes? Do I get more xp or tips from the NPCs from cooking/serving a recipe with a higher mastery rating?

Easy Oven- 5 each- Wiring, Fuse, Paint, Gear
Candy Cane- 5 fuse, 5 knob, 10 Springs, 10 Paint
Marzipan Oven- 10 wiring, 10 Fuses, 5 Knobs, 5 gears
Fireplace Oven Requires.....
