Give them your I.D. and a description of events.
If possible provide screenshots.
Also, do not respond to them. Posting on their wall gives them a very easy way to find you again.

How do u reort someone?
Email support@teamlava.com Provide them with your BS name, Storm8 ID, the name (and if you have it ID) of the offender, a description of why you are reporting them, and screenshots if you have them.
