I could always send gifts and parts to nbrs, I must be one of the lucky ones, but have never been able to request them. Is it b/c im an android user or a bug thats not fixed yet?? Sorry Im just a little confused.

I don't why you can't request them. You should be able too. Now kooky will post under me and say restart and/or reinstall your game
