    It's saturday... Guess staffs are off on weekends.... We just have to wait till monday or tuesday...... :-(

    I have the same problem in RS, BS and CS, have iPad 4 iOs and games are 1.2.5 ver.

    I'm speaking only as a player here, not a mod. TL is aware of the situation now. But please keeping leaving info! No guarantees on this - but I have in the past seen bugs like this resolved over the weekends. I don't know what issues are deemed worthy enough for weekend staff work, but it has happened. Here's to hoping this is one of them!
    Whenever you are having issues, try these two things first - restart your device,
    and delete and reinstall the app. Your progress is saved on TLs servers.

    Normally, yes. But even if u gifted them something, you could still respond to a parts request IN ADDITION to sending them a gift. Until a few days ago. Now u can't respond to parts requests even if it's been over 24 hours since u gifted, and even if they have received no parts or gifts that day. Get it?

    I'm having the same problem. I have an Ipod 4 generation with RS Version 1.2.5 and BS Version 1.2.5. I can't send material request to my neighbors.
