Ok so far RS works on your iPad but FS doesn't, I'll assume u did the usual, by re DL FS and reinstall. Also I'll assume u rebooted your iPad.

Do u mean shutting down my iPad and turning back on then yes I done all that many time

Ok Ty. An u have reinstalled FS? If so, and still have same problem and RS is still stable, have you updated your iPad to the latest firmware? Have u tried stepping back your iPad firmware to an older one to see if it it works?

Open iTunes plug in your iPad, right click on top of your device, select restore from backup, there should be a few there depending on how often u sync. Try one before u had this problem u can always go back to most recent any time.

I have only had my iPad less than a week - as soon as I plug it in it said that there an update so I updated so I can not go back to previous firmware

If not it's my belief that TL support well need to look into this as your account might need to be reset in some fashion.

No that did not work - I have contacted tl and haven't heard back from them
