For me I see a pop-up when I start the Bakery Story game and it asks you if you want to purchase the few packages (which is original prices for gems) they have and you get that Tea Party Set for free with the package you choose...I purchased the $19.99 for 105 gems. The other 2 packages are $49.99 for 275 gems and $99.99 for 580 gems. I hope I am correct since I don't see the pop up anymore. Here is my pic to share with you all.
