Pavlova is an interesting desert, it does look good. I haven't seen it on any dessert menus, and so I'll probably not eat it in real life, which I guess is my loss.

Since the poll, I've seen pages of posts from other players of incredibly delicious looking foods in the "What do you want to see in Bakery Story" threads, and I have either eaten it or I have a good chance to try it. I think many of those items would appeal better to me and to the general audience. I thought I pavlova was on a mod's poll once, but I guess not. If pavlova is on a mod's poll, I'll probably not vote for it unless the list included a bunch of obscure foods I hadn't heard of, but if released, like black licorice ice cream, I will still make and serve it.

I cant believe people have never heard of pavlova! At christmas time its like americas turkey in New Zealand! Its like one of the main foods! I really want this in bakery story!

I voted yes. And to those of you who haven't heard of pavlova- what a great opportunity to learn about something new. There are dishes that come up in bakery and restaurant I haven't heard of but it's fun to learn. Oh and PAVLOVA TASTES AMAZING! Bring on the pavlova!

tried pavlova twice while in australia and loved it!!! tried making it myself but failed :P would love to see it in bs!
