Is the Candy Bear King in the MRC from the Mini Monster Hunt or was it added in the last event and I just missed it?

What is the difference between the 2 monster hunts? will the board be spawned or just the golems?
It is basically a 2 days classical Monster hunt. However this time to daily goals do not show up, which also means there is not blue dire boar.
