    Question Question About the Game

    Hello everyone,

    I have only started playing the game for few days and I am not quite sure about how some mechanisms work within the game. I want to know how long does it takes for the food to go bad. Is it different for all foods or what?

    Hello and welcome to the forum

    The general rule of thumb is: however long it takes to cook a recipe is how long it takes to spoil. So, if you start a 2 hour recipe at noon, it will be ready to serve by 2pm and spoiled at 4:01 pm.

    As a new player, you may find the Restaurant Story Game Guide thread helpful. It has a bunch of great tips and links to threads that are full of great info - I've been playing these games for ages and I still reference them frequently!
