Anybody know where the side goal recipes come from originally? And if they were just unlocked by default on the original appliances? Just wondering if worth mastering or skippable

All three recipes come from the Juice Machine it's unlocked and available to buy (30,000 coins) and build (10 Knob/12 Plum nozzles) if you want it. Recipes are only temporarily in stove for duration of goal though, or once you've completed goal they'll revert to original appliance.
